Reservations made for this pavilion are non-refundable.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS:
1. Day-of-event directional signage is permitted. Any signage must be removed on the day of event. Banners are not permitted on fences or buildings.
2. User must clean up the facility upon conclusion of their event and put all trash in designated bins. If bins are filled, the trash and bags should be removed by the renter.
3. Mylar and latex balloons and non-biodegradable confetti are not permitted in the park. No confetti, colored powder, or other materials that create a mess are permitted (i.e. gender reveal or baby showers). Use of these items will result in the full loss of security deposit.
4. Security and traffic control are the responsibility of the user. One officer is required per every 250 attendees.
5. Inflatables and bounce houses are not allowed in City of Knoxville parks.
6. Grills and open flames and activities involving water (water slides, etc) are prohibited.
7. Driving or parking on lawns or anywhere that is not designated for parking is prohibited.

Rules for Challenger Field:
-No cleats allowed on field
-No food or drink allowed on field
-No bicycles, rollerblades or skateboards allowed on field
-No smoking or use of tobacco products, including e-cigarettes
-No pets permitted on field except service animals
-No glass allowed on field
-No chairs or other items that can damage surface allowed on field
-Do not dig, mark, paint, or tape the field
-Do not leave trash on field
-Please be aware when batting of road traffic behind the field. Only light play is permitted.
