Lakeshore Amphitheater Requests

The Lakeshore Park Amphitheater is an open-air event space with three rows of tiered grass and concrete seating surrounding a 50' circular stage area. The seating tiers can accommodate tables and chairs. There is power available and lighting on the seating walls, but there is no stage lighting. Any band or performer will need to provide lighting.

Setup and teardown is the responsibility of the user.

Availability is subject to nearby youth sports games. This submission is a request to book only and not a confirmed reservation.

Full day rental: $1,000 plus security deposit
All fees are estimated. All rentals require a refundable security deposit. Large events incur additional fees.

Note:

SPECIAL PROVISIONS:
1. Day-of-event directional signage is permitted. Any signage must be removed on the day of event. Banners are not permitted on fences or buildings.
2. User must clean up the facility upon conclusion of their event.
3. Mylar and latex balloons and non-biodegradable confetti are not permitted in the park. No confetti, colored powder, or other materials that create a mess are permitted (i.e. gender reveal or baby showers). Use of these items will result in the full loss of security deposit.
4. Security and traffic control are the responsibility of the user. One officer is required per every 250 attendees.
5. Inflatables and bounce houses are not allowed in City of Knoxville parks.
6. Grills and open flames and activities involving water (water slides, etc) are prohibited.
7. Driving or parking on lawns or anywhere that is not designated for parking is prohibited.
