The HGTV Overlook is a 500-foot marble esplanade near the top of the park. It has bistro tables and chairs and string lights that come on at dusk. There are no public restrooms or covered structures in this area.
Additional rental and tenting fees may apply for events setting up large tents.

Note:
This facility can be requested, but must be approved by staff. The HGTV Overlook rents for $500 an hour or $6,000 for a full day. Additional service fees apply to any events involving 100 or more people.
